At Ayurbeat.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and refunds under specific conditions to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all our customers.
1. Return Window
- Return or refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of product delivery.
- Requests made after the 7-day window will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Return / Refund
Returns or refunds are accepted only if:
- You received a defective or damaged product.
- You received the wrong product (different from your order).
- The product was lost during transit.
- The product delivered was expired.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:
- Opened, unsealed, or partially consumed products.
- Used products or products missing original packaging/labels.
- Products returned without a matching batch number or original invoice.
4. Return Process (Step-by-Step)
To ensure a smooth resolution, please follow these steps:
- Request: Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 7307694631 or email care@ayurbeat.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Evidence: Share your Order ID along with clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Reverse Pickup: We will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you. If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship the item (reimbursement up to ₹50).
- Verification: Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check to confirm the issue.
5. Refund Policy
- Approval: Refunds are issued after successful product verification.
- Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are sent via NEFT to your bank account.
- Timeline: Processing takes 7–10 working days after pickup. The maximum timeline (including bank processing) is 30 days.
6. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: You can cancel orders directly through your customer account.
- After Shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. However, you may refuse delivery; the refund will be processed once the item returns to us.
- Seller Rights: Ayurbeat reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or courier restrictions.
