At Ayurbeat.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns and refunds only under specific conditions, as detailed below.
Return Window
Returns or refund requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
Eligible Reasons for Return / Refund
Returns or refunds are accepted only if:
- You received a defective product
- You received a wrong product
- The product was damaged or lost during transit
- The product was expired
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Used products
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery
- Missing original packaging, invoice, barcode, or labels
- Products returned without matching batch number
Return Method
- Returns are processed via reverse pickup arranged by Ayurbeat
- If reverse pickup is not available, customers may self-ship the product
- Courier charges will be reimbursed up to ₹50
Return Shipping Cost
- For approved cases (damaged / defective / wrong item), return shipping is free
- Self-shipping reimbursement is limited to ₹50
Return Process
- Email or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery
- Share order details and clear photos/videos of the issue
- Our team verifies the request within 3–4 working days
- Approved returns are picked up or shipped back
- Product is inspected after receipt
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued after product verification
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- COD refunds are processed via NEFT to customer bank account
- Refund processing time: 7–10 working days after pickup
- Maximum timeline (including bank processing): up to 30 days
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment via customer account
- Orders cannot be cancelled after shipping
- Customers may refuse delivery; refund will be processed after return
Seller Cancellation Rights
Ayurbeat may cancel orders due to:
- Courier service unavailability
- Pricing or technical errors
- Product out of stock
