Returns and Cancellations

Return Policy:

At Ayurbeat.com, we try to ensure that your orders are delivered to your satisfaction. However, in the rare condition if you are unsatisfied with your order then we accept return in following conditions

Conditions eligible for return:

  • You have received a defective or wrong item
  • The ordered item was lost or damaged during transit
  • The ordered item was expired
  • Please note that if complaint made within 7 days after delivery. Then only the orders will eligible for refund or return

Important Points:

You can conveniently place your return request by contacting our customer care or by mailing us on our email: care@ayurbeat.com

  1. If you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product(s), please notify our Customer Support immediately or within 7 working days of receiving the product. Please note that Ayurbeat.com will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 7 working days of receipt.
  2. If you notice the package is damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the order.
  3. In case of missing, damage or incorrect product(s), the return request should be filed along with photographs (of the parcel box as well as other products received) on our email.

Other Important Points:

  1. Items being returned should only be in their original manufacturer’s packaging with labels, bar code, price tag and original invoice.
  2. Only fully unused products can be returned.
  3. Batch number of the product being returned should match as mentioned on the sales invoice.
  4. NOTE: In case the Product(s) returned by the customer does not fulfill above conditions then AyurBeat is not liable to re-conduct the delivery of the returned product(s).
  5. In case where a customer had ordered multiple products and if one of the product(s) get damaged in transit then Ayurbeat will either replace the damaged product(s) or refund the amount for that particular product and not provide refund/replacement for the complete order.
  6. Once your return request for an order is approved, a pickup will be initiated from our end. After the product is received by us, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, replacement or refund is initiated.
  7. In certain areas where a reverse pickup cannot be done , you can ship the product through any other courier. In that case Ayurbeat will reimburse your courier charges (max. upto â‚ą 50).
  8. Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If a stock of is not available then we will refund the amount for the same.

Conditions not eligible for return:

  • Partially consumed strips, opened bottles do not qualify for return
  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • Anything missing from the package related to the product including price tags, bar code, labels, invoice, original packing of product etc.

Return Process:

  • Customer can conveniently place their return request online through their Ayurbeat account or by mailing us on our email: support@ayurbeat.com
  • Our customer care team will verify the claim made by the customer within 3-4 working days after receiving the complaint.
  • Once the claim is verified Ayurbeat will initiate the pick up of product(s) to be returned.
  • The customer will be required to pack the product(s) in original manufacturer’s packaging.
  • Refund will be completed within 30 (thirty) days from date of pick up.

Refunds timeline:

  • Refunds for all eligible Returns are issued through the payment method used at the time of purchase, except for Cash on Delivery.
  • Refund timelines depend on various circumstances such as bank turnaround time and RBI guidelines. This may change from time to time.
  • It may take around 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account
  • For orders placed using Cash on Delivery as the payment method, refunds can be processed to your bank account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT). You will need to provide following information to enable us to process a refund to your account.-The Bank Account Number
    – IFSC Code
    – Account Holder’s Name
    – Bank Branch
    – Bank Name
  • Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your Ayurbeat account should match with the name of the bank account holder

Cancellation Policy:

Customer cancellation:

  • The customer can cancel the order directly by logging in Ayurbeat account till we ship it. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • After shipping if a customer still don’t need the product he/she may refuse to accept the delivery of the product and we will initiate a refund after the product is received by us.

Other cancellations:

Ayurbeat reserves the right to cancel any orders for following reasons:

  • Our courier partners are unable to delivered the product at your location
  • Error in pricing of the product due to some technical glitch
  • Non-availability of the product ordered by you
